Your audience already needs this.
Trademark protection is the step almost every brand skips until something goes wrong. If you reach people building brands, this is a useful thing to introduce — and you earn 25% when they buy.
25% of our service fee, never of the USPTO's fees — those pass straight through to the government and are never marked up, so there is no margin in them to share.

25% of our service fee, on completed orders.
Not of the total the customer pays. USPTO government fees pass straight through and are never marked up, so there is no margin in them to share — better said now than at your first payout.
Annual monitoring pays most. Commission is 25% of what is actually billed, so a $312 annual plan pays $78 at once, against $7.25 when a monthly plan first charges on day 31.
| Order | Our fee | You earn |
|---|---|---|
| Trademark filing, one class | $199 | $49.75 |
| Office action response | $299 | $74.75 |
| Monitoring, monthly | $29/mo | $7.25 |
| Monitoring, annual | $312 once | $78.00 |
Government fees are pass-through and pay no commission. Refunds and chargebacks are deducted, because we are not paid on those either.
Three steps, no minimum.
Apply, share a tracked link, and earn on orders that complete. Nothing to maintain and nothing to pay.
Apply and get reviewed
We read every application rather than auto-approving. If your audience is not a fit we say so, because traffic that never converts wastes your time as well as ours.

Share your link
You get a tracked link. Someone who clicks it and buys within the attribution window is credited to you, whether they buy that visit or come back later.
- Return visits still count
- No minimum commitment
Earn on completed orders
Commission accrues when an order completes and clears the refund window. Payouts run monthly once you pass the minimum threshold.

Relevance beats reach.
A thousand ecommerce sellers convert better than a hundred thousand general followers. We would rather approve a small, relevant list than a large, unrelated one.
Newsletters for sellers
Amazon, Etsy, Shopify and eBay audiences hit Brand Registry and VeRO requirements constantly, and most do not know a trademark is the prerequisite.
Agencies and brand studios
You name brands for a living and hand them over unprotected. A flat $199 filing prices cleanly into a branding package.
Startup communities
Software names collide constantly in classes 9 and 42. A conflict found in diligence is expensive; found before launch it costs a weekend.
Creators and consultants
If you teach people to build a brand, the protection step is the obvious gap in the curriculum and a genuinely useful thing to point at.
Four things that will close an account.
Better read now than discovered after a payout is withheld. Three of the four exist to protect the customer rather than us.
No bidding on our brand name
Paid search on “My Trademark Vault” or close variants is not permitted. It raises our own acquisition cost and pays commission on a customer who was already coming to us.
No implying you are us
Do not run ads, pages or profiles that present you as My Trademark Vault. Say you recommend us, not that you are us.
No guarantees on our behalf
Never tell anyone their trademark will be approved. The USPTO decides, we say so everywhere, and an affiliate promising otherwise creates a problem for the customer and for us.
Disclose the relationship
US FTC rules require you to disclose affiliate relationships clearly. That is your obligation rather than ours, and it is the law rather than our preference.
Rates and thresholds are confirmed in writing when you are approved. Read the full payout terms.
