This page describes what we actually store in your browser today — not a generic template of everything a website could possibly use.
If you create an account or log in (as a customer, attorney, or affiliate), we set two small cookies that keep you signed in: one short-lived access token and one longer-lived refresh token. These are required for the dashboards to function and are not used for advertising or tracking.
We use your browser's local storage (not a cookie, but similar in effect) to remember one thing: whether you've already dismissed our welcome-offer banner, so it doesn't reappear on every page. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, and which steps people complete or abandon. IP addresses are anonymised. It sets cookies in your browser to recognise a returning visit.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our advertising on Facebook and Instagram actually leads anywhere. It records page views and completed forms, and it sets cookies that Meta can match to its own accounts. We do not send Meta the contents of anything you type into a form.
Neither is used to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell data to anyone. You can block both with the browser controls in the next section, or with any standard tracker-blocking extension; the site works normally with them blocked.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and local storage through their settings. Blocking the sign-in session cookies will prevent you from staying logged in to a dashboard; it won't affect your ability to browse the public site.
