This page sets out, in one place, how My Trademark Vault uses text messaging: what we send, how you consent to receive it, how to stop, and how to reach a person. It is the same policy as Section 13 of our Terms of Use.
If you give us a mobile number and tick the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring text messages from My Trademark Vault. We use SMS for time-sensitive things: filing status changes, USPTO deadlines, and replies to something you asked us.
By entering a mobile number and ticking the SMS consent checkbox on our forms. The box is never pre-ticked.
SMS consent is optional. We will never make it a condition of buying anything, and declining it does not change the price or the service you receive.
Message frequency varies with what is happening on your matter.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. We do not charge for messages; your carrier may.
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will get one confirmation and nothing after it.
Replying STOP does not cancel a service you have paid for, and does not stop email or phone contact about your matter. You can also withdraw consent at any time by telling us directly.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile number, or the fact that you consented, with third parties for their own marketing. How we handle your number is set out in our Privacy Policy.
