AMAZON BRAND REGISTRY

Brand Registry needs a trademark. That is the part we do.

Amazon will not enrol you without one. We file the application that makes you eligible \u2014 $199 flat, with the USPTO fee shown separately.

Be clear about what we do and do not do

We are not affiliated with Amazon and we cannot enrol you in Brand Registry. Only you can do that, through your own Amazon account. What we do is file the trademark application Amazon requires before enrolment is possible. Amazon sets its own eligibility rules and can change them; check the current requirements in Seller Central before you rely on anything here.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Why sellers end up here in a hurry.

A hijacker is on your listing

Without Brand Registry your options are limited and slow. With it you get access to Amazon's own reporting and enforcement tools. Sellers usually discover this at the worst possible moment.

You cannot use A+ content or Storefronts

Several of Amazon's own merchandising features are gated behind Brand Registry. Not having it is a commercial disadvantage before anyone copies anything.

Registration takes many months

A US trademark commonly takes a year or more. Starting when you already have a problem means the problem runs for the whole wait. Filing early is the only version of this that works.

A pending application is not always enough

Amazon has at times accepted pending applications through its own IP Accelerator programme, and at other times required a registration. Requirements change, so confirm the current rule with Amazon rather than assuming.
