Trademark work without the client acquisition.
Prepared filings and office action matters, structured before they reach you, paid a fixed amount per review. One matter at a time, on a 48-hour clock.
The professional judgment is yours, and so is the signature on the review. We prepare and structure; we do not practise law. Verified against public bar records before any matter is routed.

A fixed amount per reviewed matter.
The same whether the matter is straightforward or difficult. We do not publish the figure here, because a public rate becomes a negotiating position rather than a working number. You see the exact rate, the payment schedule and the terms in full before you accept your first matter.
Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If the rate does not work when you see it, decline and we part on good terms.

One at a time, on a clock.
One matter at a time with everything already attached, a fixed window to take it or pass, and what you are offered next follows what you complete.
One fresh matter
A single new matter enters your queue with the file, the customer's answers and any live deadline already attached.
- Intake already structured
- Deadline attached to the file
48 business hours
Accept it, decline it, or ask us for more. If it is untouched when the window closes it routes to another reviewer automatically.
- Declining costs you nothing
- Nothing waits on a live deadline
Volume = completion
Reviewers who complete matters are assigned more. There is no application to increase your allocation — the work does it.
- No promised pipeline
- Standing earns referrals too
The intake is already done
Applicant details, the mark, the goods and services wording and the filing basis arrive collected and structured. You review and judge, rather than chase paperwork.
No client acquisition
No ad spend, no consultations that go nowhere, no quoting. Matters arrive with the customer already committed and already paid for the work.
No billing admin
We handle payment, refunds and chargebacks. You are paid a fixed amount per reviewed application rather than invoicing individuals and chasing them.
One live matter at a time
You are never handed a backlog. One fresh matter sits in your queue, and volume grows as you complete reviews rather than arriving all at once.
The dashboard unlocks after we verify you.
Applying requires your state bar or docket number. We check admission and standing against public bar records before your account is activated, and no matter is routed to an unverified account. That check is the whole basis on which we can tell a customer their filing is reviewed by a licensed attorney of record, so we do not skip it and we cannot fast-track it.
Expect a couple of working days.
Four things worth knowing before you apply.
The professional judgment is yours
This is your judgment and your signature on the review. We prepare and structure; we do not practise law and we do not tell you what position to take on a refusal.
Volume is earned, not promised
Assignment scales with completed reviews, and referral introductions go to attorneys in good standing with review history behind them. We will not quote you a monthly pipeline we cannot evidence, and anyone who does is guessing.
Conflicts are yours to run
We route the matter and give you what we hold. Running your own conflict check before accepting remains your obligation.
The 48-hour window is firm
A fresh matter is yours for 48 business hours. After that it moves to another reviewer automatically. Not a penalty, a design decision: nothing in this system is allowed to sit against a live USPTO deadline waiting for someone to log in.
On the professional responsibility question
You know your jurisdiction's rules on fee arrangements, advertising and the unauthorised practice of law better than we do, and we are not going to tell you the arrangement is compliant in your state. Satisfy yourself before you accept work. We will answer any question about how matters are structured, in writing, so you can make that assessment properly.
The work we do not do goes to you.
Litigation, oppositions and deal-critical marks are outside what a flat-fee service should touch. We turn that work away every week and introduce those people to three attorneys in good standing.
We identify the matter is beyond us
A customer arrives with a dispute, an opposition, or a portfolio question. We tell them honestly that they need counsel, not a filing service.
Three names, chosen on standing
We suggest three attorneys from the network based on standing and completed review history — not on who paid the most, because nobody can.
The client picks and engages you directly
The engagement, the fee and the relationship are entirely between you and them. We are not in it.
How this is charged
A flat fee, not a percentage.
Participation in the referral list is a fixed amount that does not change depending on whether the client hires you, what they pay you, or what the matter turns out to be worth. It is an advertising cost, priced like advertising.
We deliberately do not take a percentage. Sharing legal fees with a non-lawyer runs into ABA Model Rule 5.4 and its state equivalents, and giving something of value for a recommendation runs into Rule 7.2. The exposure would sit with you, not with us, and we are not going to build a lead channel that puts our own network's licences at risk.
Rules vary by jurisdiction and this is not legal advice about your obligations. Satisfy yourself that participation is permissible where you practise before you join the list. We will put the structure in writing so you can put it in front of your own ethics counsel.
